SYSTECO uses 16′ and 18′ gauge steel coils and EPS foam to manufacture its wall panels. SYSTECO will contract with local, regional and international vendors anywhere in the world.

We can supply, partner up with, or enter into joint venture agreements with local construction companies to complete large scale housing projects in a timely fashion so that SYSTECO’s pre-engineered building systems are made in controlled environments, allowing for code requirements and manufacturing specifications to be met. SYSTECO’s shells are produced to include wall systems, roof panels and joists and trusses (when needed). The wall panels have pre-cut chases in the foam and steel studs, allowing electricians to easily wire the structure once it is in place.  Unlike traditional construction methods that may allow a dimensional variance of up to 1-inch on-site, SYSTECO delivers a precision of 1/8-inch tolerance on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

All building components are marked with assembly codes at the factory in order to facilitate installation at the job site. The end product is a precision-engineered structure that is light-weight and easy to ship to any job site as a shell package.  From there these components can seamlessly fit into place, using only a fraction of the time it would normally take when using conventional materials and methods.

The SYSTECO manufacturing plants themselves can be built and fully operational in just a few months. Each facility can produce 8 to 10 thousand homes per year, depending on the size of the facility.
