SYSTECO offers durable, affordable, eco-friendly, and sustainable building systems.
No Waste: The pre-engineered building system is made in a controlled environment and then shipped to its final location for assembly. This eliminates waste while ensuring that code and manufacturer requirements are met and maintained.
Durability: This high-tech building system offers significant advantages over traditional stick-frame, and basic steel framing, as well as traditional concrete block. Galvanized steel studs are placed in the foam, providing additional strength and reducing the chance of frames bending and twisting. All SYSTECO components are natural insulators, very effective in both hot and cold weather. The frame shells and walls are also fire resistant, mildew and mold resistant.
Labor Cost Savings: SYSTECO’s shells consist of wall systems, roof panels and/or joists and trusses. The materials are marked at the factory with assembly codes which makes installation very fast and easy using minimal man power (traditionally a 4 man crew can assemble a home in half a day). These pre-engineered components are loaded and shipped directly to the job site, already fitted for door and window installations.
Environmental Advantages: The construction sector has continued to lag behind and has come under increased scrutiny for failure to adhere to the increasingly important global standards of environmental protection. The current consensus amongst thoughtful leaders, researchers, academics and consultants is that if the construction industry used more sustainable practices, they could save between 30 and 40 percent in the consumption of energy. Since SYSTECO does not rely on depleting resources for its fabrication, it offers the contractors the ability to meet global standards and to compete with today’s demands for eco-friendly housing.
Cost Benefits of SYSTECO’s Manufacturing
In response to supply constraints and demand world wide, the costs for framing, lumber, steel and cement have gone up over the past year, according to Keith Schwer, director of the UNLV Center for Business and Economic Research. SYSTECO’s steel and foam shells replace traditional concrete which holds a historic high price and slow formation process. Also, with SYSTECO’s efficient construction, choosing between material prices and environmental standards (which often comes with a higher price tag) is completely eliminated.
Cost Benefits of SYSTECO’s Labor
Pouring concrete is labor intensive, requiring significant time to set and dry. By comparison, SYSTECO’’s prefabricated shells are light-weight and cut at the factory and then delivered to the site and installed quickly and easily. Structures can be built many times faster than with traditional construction methods and as a result, large- scale construction projects can cut labor costs considerably.
Sustainability/Enviroment
SYSTECO products and systems were developed and are being introduced to the public as people become even more aware of the need to conserve our resources.
All SYSTECO’s building components are recycled. The steel we use comes from recycled automobiles. It takes 4 vehicles to produce a 2,000 sq. ft. home in comparison to the 40 mature trees it would take to build the same home the more conventional way.
This lack of efficiency or vision as a whole is the main reason that the construction industry started to develop products that not only support fast and inexpensive building but also provide environmental solutions. SYSTECOs new building technology is the driving force for this sort of growth through its product information and more aggressive marketing campaigns. The trend will be a positive influence for the sales of our building technology. As energy cost skyrockets, homeowners will be seeking better building solutions and SYSTECO will be here to provide them.
