The Opportunity
Our primary goal at SYSTECO is to become a market leader in providing shell homes and warehouses in Latin America & the Caribbean. Our pre-fabricated shell homes and warehouses are very easy to install in the field and our structures are built much faster than traditional construction methods, while at the same time reducing the heating/cooling requirements of each structure, eliminating mold, termites, and mildew problems. SYSTECO’s shell homes & warehouses will serve as fanstastic insulators, causing cool air to be retained inside hot environments and allowing hot air to be maintained in cold weather.
The Possibilities
SYSTECO will focus on assisting larger developement projects in Latin America and the Caribbean meet their building deadlines. Our pre-engineered building system is made in a controlled environment, so accurate quality control meassures eliminate waste and ensure that local code requirements & manufacturer specifications are met in a timely fashion. Materials are marked at the factory with an assembly code, making installation easy and require less skilled labor than traditional concrete and timber shells.
